How much booking notice is required?
We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure optimal staff allocation for your event. However, we sometimes place medical personnel at last minute events where prior notice is unavoidable. If you are in need of urgent medical cover, we encourage you to reach out to our friendly team.
What types of events do you cover?
Our team covers a wide range of events including festivals, school sports, community markets, and corporate functions throughout greater Queensland and interstate.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every Emergency Medics medical professional is an employee and bound by company policies and procedures.
Do you only provide service for Brisbane events?
No. While based in Brisbane, we provide coverage across greater Queensland as well as interstate. Travel fees apply.
How do I know what level of medical cover my event needs?
If you are unsure what level your event requires, we can provide a comprehensive risk assessment of your event and recommend a level of service in alignment with legislation and insurance.
